I don't think it would be worth it for just a single batch, they don't make many cookies. I like the chocolate ones better too, as they weren't as super sweet as the vanilla. I doubled the vanilla and chocolate and made them in my stand mixer. I also made the dough the night before and let the dough soften before I scooped them the next day. These are really good!
