Hi Cecelia,

I’ll definitely try the ‘no thank you’ bite! Thanks for the great tip.

I have 2 boys, love to cook and often make between 2 and 4 meals a night depending on what we’re all in the mood for. My son’s pediatrician recommended the ‘no thank you bite’ — every night they have to take 1 bite of something that they don’t normally eat. I read somewhere it has to do with their taste buds and that they need to taste something many times before they like it. We don’t do the no thank you bite as often as we should, but they do succumb, and it’s all about training their taste buds – so they’ll get there! good luck

A teensy bit of Red Dip (catsup) is excellent on anything from eggs to steak. White Dip (mayonnaise or ranch dressing) works on most green stuff. Orange Dip (catsup and mayonnaise mixed together) is super on any kind of fish!

My brother ate nothing but the middles of Oreo cookies I believe until the day he got married., which is the same day he gave up his “blankie”. He did end up at Goldman-Sachs, now an actor (after retirement). I believe those single-minded eaters have their sights set on bigger and better things, and are much loved by their wives. I think the site is beautiful!!
