Substitute Trader Joe’s veggie chorizo, vegetable stock, chardonnay, and sharp cheddar, for the turkey sausage, chicken stock, dry white, and Swiss cheese, respectively. Ab fab (whole family plus dinner guest agreed). Thank you!

Hi Kasey,

I have made this one day before I served it. I basically assembled the whole thing and kept it in the refrigerator until I needed to cook it. When I did this, I found that the noodles had absorbed some of the liquid, and I added a little extra sauce and chicken broth before I put it in the oven. It was delicious.

Hi Kasey,

I’d say that this lasagna serves ~8. If you don’t have big eaters, you might be able to serve a couple more.
