I made these over the weekend for the first time – served some just with salsa, and loaded some others up for nachos. They were delicious! This will save me from going out for Mexican constantly just for the chips and salsa!

Great use for corn tortillas! I used my “misto” to oil the chips, super quick!

i was also going to toot the cinnamon and sugar horn =) I just made the sugary ones twice this past week, once for our house and then as a co-cooking project for a German family I do English with. Their kids loved helping (so fast and easy), and the mom thought using tortillas was ‘so american’, lol =)

This recipe uses cinnamon and sugar on the chips. They stay crunchy and fresh for at least a week, they usually don’t last that long though!!
