After searching the internet earlier for something to make with bananas besides banana bread I came across these. I just made ’em & they’re very good… like a banana bread/cookie hybrid. I added some apple sauce and shredded coconut also & used milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. Mine came out looking the complete opposite of the ones pictured here, round and fluffy, but I really like them.

These cookies look good and contain some of my favorite ingredients – chocolate, oats, and bananas! I now know what I am going to do with that overripe banana staring back from the counter.
