We have a raspberry bush that is taxing our ability to find new ways to eat the berries (not a bad problem to have, I know), so this will come in handy. And yes, here we have had two consecutive days of summer-like heat and humidity (after a cold and rainy June), and I think that’s enough for me! More sorbet, please…
