Hi Diane , I got this recipe from Carole Lutes many years ago and have been making it for years! It’s the best. Do you think Paula Deen got it from Carole? We had a great weekend in Sag Harbour with Carole and your uncle Dick and she raved about your website. I can see why! I’ll be a regular.

Just made it for dinner. It was delicious. I used 2 heads of broccoli, and I didn’t think it was enough (maybe mine were usually small?–is there a measurement equivalent?), as there was too much dressing. I will add more broccoli next time. I will pour the dressing over the broccoli then add the additional ingredients. I will also reduce the amount of cheese and increase the pecans to 1 cup.
