So glad you enjoyed the danish. I wish I could tell you that I did something special with the cheese to get it to spread like that, but alas, I did not. The cheese spread all on its own for me.

I agree with you, the lemon zest is a must. How did you get the cheese to spread all the way to the edges so nicely? Mine stayed in the middle area so the ends were just puff pastry.
