Oh. My. Celestial Being. This is a truly fantastic recipe, and I thank you for sharing it with all of us. I made the recipe (without the chopped celery, as mine had moved from the back of the fridge to the Great Beyond without my knowledge), and it has all of the tastes of tuna salad that I remember, but without the tuna.
