Hi Kasey,

If you make them the day before, you can store them at room temperature as long as they’re covered. Do you have a big Tupperware container (the size that fits cupcakes) that you can put them in? If not, just make sure they’re sealed well. I made a batch the other day and the boys ate some for breakfast just after I made them, then they had them again the next day. I noticed that they were not quite as moist the next day, but the boys didn’t notice at all.
