We were just gifted some stencils, and other cake decorating accessories. But I think making these mini muffins and dusting them with powdered sugar, as you have done, would be a lot of fun for my girls. Do you think a reduced cooking time might help the muffins stay moist longer? Or perhaps the trick is to EAT THEM all before they have a chance to dry out? I think I’ll opt for #2. Thanks for the recipe.
