What a fun site and great idea. My boyfriend Bryan and I are friends with Donald up in Boston and I just recently changed careers to become a pastry chef!!! Bryan loves chocolate chip cookies so I am going to try adding the whole wheat to my recipe (always looking for a healthier angle)…I made some cc cookies the other day with both cinnamon and a little bit of espresso powder or instant coffee – amazing!!!
