Beverly – I am not sure if you can freeze the dough. My guess is that you can, but I have never tried it, so I can’t speak about the results. If you try to freeze the dough, please let me know how the rolls turn out.

I usually brush the tops with an egg wash and sprinkle with a bit of kosher salt before baking. My family goes crazy for them!
