I was also a little short on the cookie dough layer, but I thought they were great! I shared them with my teacher friends at work…everyone loved the chocolate fix! 🙂

I used a box mix for the brownies… I think that was an easier substitute. The cookie dough layer didn’t cover the entire pan, so I had gaps where there was no cookie dough. It was really good. Rave reviews from family. I think fudge would be yummy on top instead of just chocolate. Thanks!

I found the brownie layer to be a bit dull even though i added chunks of chocolate. The unbaked dough was great though (i added peppermint chocolate), and i might try this again using another brownie, cause the idea is brilliant.

No, you don’t cook the brownies again when the cookie dough layer goes on. And yes, they really are delicious. The cookie dough layer is like unbaked cookie dough (without the eggs).
