I’ll put this blueberry pound cake in that category, too– it does have fruit! : ) Anyhow, about getting baked things from the pan easier– I am using a tip I got from my daughter. It works GREAT! First, she sprays her loaf pans with non-stick spray and then covers only the BOTTOM of the pan with a piece of parchment paper and then lightly sprays that, too. Not that I’d have to, but I’m even using this tip for when I bake my 100% whole wheat bread. Magic!
