I made this again and it was as good as the first try. This time in addition to 5 chopped carrots I added 1 lb chicken to a doubled recipe. I really enjoy your recipes and comments. It seems I actually added more chunky stuff than was in the recipe in the first place but now it is substantial meal and delicious served on rice.
