She used a lot more purslane, and tomatoes were in there too. Typical Mexican mix. Great with corn tortillas. It was my favorite breakfast, lunch OR dinner. We call it verDolagas though…not sure who’s right on that. I never would have known what it was called in English if it wasn’t for you lol. Now I’ll know what to ask for when I’m wanting to make this….which is now.
