We were in the city to see The King and I . It was our good fortune to arrive on the very day that this granola was cooling on the counter. Diane, a wonderfully thoughtful person by nature, insisted that we take a bag of granola to munch on during the train ride back to Connecticut. Naturally I started eating it, and eating it and eating it…… I stopped when the train stopped! It is THAT good! I spoke with Diane today to tell her that this was the very best granola I had ever eaten! If you try it I’m sure you will agree!
