If you make extra, it reheats nicely in the toaster for a quick breakfast in the morning 🙂

French Toast is one of our favorite breakfasts in the morning. It really keeps the kids full until lunch. I used to pitch sandwich bread at the end of the week. Now I keep it around and use it early in the next week for french toast. It works really well…that is if you don’t have extra stale baguettes.

This is so much better than stale bread but reserved for special Sunday brunches. I also add a sprinkle of cinnimon. The night before somehow makes this
extra tasty.
