Except of course when I am developing my own recipes. Although I think his influence is always there. I have made a similar recipe of Bobby’s from his Grill It! cookbook that has more of a Greek flavor to it. It includes garbanzo beans, kalamata olives and feta cheese and it is amazing. My daughter-in-law asks me to make it whenever she and my son come over for dinner.
