Horn’s recipe over at My Cooking Quest). I loved the vinegary bite. My kids asked for more potatoes, a sure sign of a hit! Next time, I’ll try cutting the vinegar with water a bit, though. Not everyone shares my vinegar love. Thank you for introducing me to this.
