I’m so glad you enjoyed the chicken. I made it again last night, and I added the honey this time. It was delicious again! Gail and her family are here and Anna said it was the best chicken she’s ever eaten!

The subtle flavors of lemon and honey were delicious and cooking 7 minutes on each side produced white meat that was both juicy and tender. A great recipe that I will definitely use again.
