Made this the other day and it came out delicious! Omitted the thyme cuz I didn’t have any, but other than that followed your recipe. Yum! I loved the way the sprouts browned on the outside then the sauce steamed the inside before the outside overcooked. We fought over the leftovers to bring to work.

Your photos and recipes are amazing! I am so happy that I found your blog. I have done maple-glazed brussels sprouts before but the additional spices and cider vinegar in your recipe will make this much more flavorful! Planning on making this and the sweet potato and black bean chili this week, thanks 🙂
