This was a fun recipe to make over the weekend. Our tip was too small so we made longer and skinnier churros and they were delicious. Thanks for the tip about the temperature. Our oil was a bit too cool for the second batch and the churros fell apart and made a mess. Luckily we did not give up and waited for the perfect 360 degrees. Thanks!
