Glad you liked the cookies. I agree that they’re lighter than traditional peanut butter cookies, which is one of the reasons I like this recipe.

Thanks for another great recipe! I made these last night, and while I didn’t have any white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips, I substituted a cup of mini semi-sweet chips and they are delicious! I also skipped the extra sugar step. I’m sure they would be even more tasty with the sugar on top, but I thought it might send the kids over the edge!

They seem to be lighter than the traditional recipe I have used in the past. I will definitely make these again!!! Thanks!

I think the natural peanut butter will be fine in the recipe. It’s a little less sweet than the peanut butter that I used, but the cookies themselves are very sweet with the assortment of chips that are in them, so I think your peanut butter will be a nice substitution.
