The flavor was excellent! And the kids loved them.
I tried the Vitamix and it didn’t work, it was too thick for it to process well. If I did it again, I would do each item separately in the vitamix, starting with the dry ingredients, then mix it all together by hand. When the vitamix didn’t work I ended up using an immersion blender to finish it.
The outside fried up beautifully, but I think i made mine too big because the inside didn’t firm up at all, and as a result, they didn’t stay together, they crumbled apart when I tried to take them from the pan or put them on a plate.
I’ll definitely try them again since the taste was excellent.
