It was truly wonderful! And yes, I had made the potato gnocchi before, which was a lot of steps and harder to work with.
After sauteeing the cooked gnocchi, I tossed them with some cream, sauteed mushrooms, and leftover steak. A wonderful meal my family enjoyed, and we still have half the batch of gnocchi in the freezer! This is a keeper! Thank you so much! : )

I served them as a side to rib-eye steak and it was a great combination. Next time I think I would cut and roll them smaller, they were two-bite pieces for me. My husband and I both agreed they were delicious, and we both decided to make them bite-size next time. There will definitely be a next time!
