I made these last night and I was really nervous because I have NEVER had success with baked goods that require yeast and rising time. I always seem to get it wrong and end up with flat chunks of dough. Anyway, I followed the recipe exactly and got the dough to rise! Success! After that I figured I didn’t need the recipe any more, which is why I missed the line about dividing each quarter of the dough into four more balls. Soooo… I have quadruple sized pretzel “bites”. But they’re delicious!
