Hi, I’m stopping by from FoodBlogs.com. Always on the lookout for a good Spinach Lasagna recipe. I noticed the nutmeg in the cream sauce and know that nutmeg gives this recipe its zing! I don’t see the ricotta listed in the ingredients — how much is required? Did you use whole milk ricotta or other? The photo is great–I wouldn’t have know it was a leftover if you hadn’t told me–LOL.
