I know, you even warned me not to do this! Alas… So, a tip to anyone making this: if you burn the sugar, start over! You can spare the extra 1/2 cup. 🙂 In any case, it was a fun recipe. Now, to get the burnt sugar/fish smell out of my house!

Perhaps nobody has commented on this dish yet because when they took a bite it exploded in their mouths and they have either passed away or are having reconstructive surgery.
