I sauteed the zucchini and yellow squash a little to take out the moisture, then patted them on paper towels. Added some chopped onion too. I also added the smallest dash of lemon juice to the veggies before taking them out of the pan.
Used a premade crust. Such a time saver! Later, I thought that adding a little lemon zest to the crust when rolling it out would be cool too.
Everyone loved it!
