Here are some tools that I can’t live without.

A stand mixer

A tea strainer for dusting things with confectioners sugar.

An ice cream scoop for making cookies (bowl is 1.5 inches in diameter)

A microplane grater for zesting lemons and limes

    I love my cookie scoop too — do you have a larger one for muffins?

    I only have one ice cream scoop that I use for both cookies and muffins. I tend to make mini-muffins for the boys, so the ice cream scoop pictured above is the perfect size for a single muffin.
